About the project
These funds allowed the Sacramento County Office of Education (SCOE) to provide data support to K–12 districts — supporting data collection for reporting (FY 24–26), a data-sharing pilot (FY 25–26), and scaling data sharing from K–12 to higher education in the final fiscal year of the grant (FY 26).
In FY 24, the focus was to work with participating K–12 districts to pilot the aggregation of data in Sacramento County, with the goal of developing a dual enrollment dashboard to establish baseline data — disaggregated by course type, district, and student demographics. Work also began to identify and define the data fields needed for data sharing, while preparing districts for implementation of data-sharing practices.
