We have exciting news! We are now accepting Fiscal Year 2026 Workgroup Proposals—an opportunity to secure funding for collaborative projects that advance educational equity and workforce opportunities by strengthening college and career pathways.
For this final year of the grant, we will be prioritizing specific focus areas, so be sure to review the guidelines carefully, as proposal templates have been updated since the last funding round.
Please note that the funds available for each proposal are limited and may change. Proposals may not receive the full amount requested, and the final award will depend on the quality of the proposals, the number of submissions we receive, and the total funds available.

Our priority areas reflect the most pressing needs and emerging opportunities where we believe strategic investments can create lasting impact. When reviewing applications, we will prioritize proposals that demonstrate innovative approaches, community engagement, and measurable outcomes within the following areas:
- Include Data Sharing & Secondary Data Agreements (SDA)
- Support sustainable, regional models that drive systemic change
- Focus on Adult Learners
- Expand our Career Pathways, with an emphasis on:
- Apprenticeships and Talent Pipeline Management (TPM)
- Biotech Pathways
- Support the 1300 Campaign, focusing on men of color and other Priority Student Populations
- Facilitate auto-award of credit/degrees and credit for prior learning
- Address potential impacts of federal funding reductions by sustaining essential programs and initiatives
