The aim of this analysis is to provide decision-makers in the Priority Student Populations Workgroup of the Sacramento K-16 Collaborative with comprehensive data pertaining to academic programs serving priority student populations within the collaborative’s network of K-12 districts, community colleges, 4-year universities, and local community-based organizations. This memo aims to equip member institutions within the workgroup with data spurring action and prioritization of resources.
Capitol Impact serves as the Collaborative’s hub and backbone organization, as well as providing strategic counsel and facilitation. The Los Rios Community College District is the lead grant applicant and fiscal agent. Third Plateau supports the Collaborative with strategic counsel and facilitation.
