About this project

The Transfer Academy ran over two days in a hybrid format. In-person participation was encouraged, though joining via Zoom was also an option. Over the course of two days, topics such as Transfer 101, a transfer alumni panel, and explanations of TAP, TAG, and ADTs were covered in detail so students could make informed decisions.

The Academy concluded with a university campus tour, lunch, and certificates of completion. There was an emphasis on recruiting men of color and students who were first in their families to attend a baccalaureate-granting institution.
